Head of Growth (Marketing & Product-Led Growth)

We’re hiring a Head of Growth to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Blank, our AI-powered social creativity app. You’ll be responsible for growth loops, viral mechanics, paid and organic strategies, and data-driven experimentation to scale Blank into a category-defining product.
Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize Blank’s growth strategy, from user acquisition to long-term retention.
• Design and implement viral loops, sharing incentives, and network effects.
• Develop and run paid marketing campaigns, partnerships, and influencer strategies.
• Identify, test, and scale new distribution channels (social, SEO, content, PR, etc.).
• Analyze user data to refine onboarding, engagement, and monetization.
• Work closely with product and engineering to ensure growth is baked into the product.
Requirements:
• An obsession with growth marketing, product-led growth, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology, viral mechanics, and gamification.
• Strong analytical skills and experience running A/B tests, funnel analysis, and paid acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with social media, influencers, paid ads, and referral programs.
• Bonus: Experience in gaming, social, AI, or building habit-forming products.
