Founding Designer (Product & Brand)

We’re looking for a Founding Designer to shape the product and brand experience of Blank, an AI-powered social creativity app. As our first design hire, you’ll own everything from UI/UX to branding, ensuring that Blank is not only intuitive and delightful but also visually distinct. You’ll work closely with the founders and engineers to craft a design-driven, engaging, and viral experience.

Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end product design process, from wireframes to polished UI.
• Define and evolve Blank’s brand identity, making it playful, accessible, and iconic.
• Create intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences.
• Work with engineers to implement designs efficiently and ensure a pixel-perfect experience.
• Use data, user research, and rapid experimentation to refine and optimize UX.
• Design shareable, viral moments that amplify growth and engagement.

Requirements:
• Deep experience designing UI/UX and/or brand for consumer products.
• Mastery of Figma, prototyping tools, and visual storytelling.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, user-friendly, and creative interfaces.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with rapid iterations.
• Experience with motion design, AI tools, social/gaming products, or virality mechanics.
